Safeguarding

At Safe to Learn, the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults is our highest priority.

We are committed to creating safe, supportive environments—both in-person and online—where individuals feel protected, respected, and heard.

We believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. All staff, whether employed or volunteering, have a duty to report concerns and act in the best interests of the children and families we support. We follow national safeguarding guidance, operate under clear policies and procedures, and ensure all members of our team are appropriately trained and vetted.

All our staff and associates are:

  • Fully DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service)

  • Trained in child protection and safeguarding procedures

  • Committed to creating a culture of openness, trust, and accountability
